Project Overview
The SR 400 Express Lanes Project is a 16-mile transportation improvement designed to enhance mobility and reliability along the SR 400 corridor from North Springs MARTA Station to McGinnis Ferry Road. Delivered through a public-private partnership between the Georgia Department of Transportation and SR 400 Peach Partners, the project will add optional express lanes to help manage congestion and support the region’s continued growth.

Delivered through a partnership between the Georgia Department of Transportation and SR 400 Peach Partners, the project is being delivered through an innovative Public-Private Partnership (P3) funding model, making it one of the largest Revenue-Risk P3 projects in the country. SR 400 Peach Partners serves as the project’s Developer team, bringing together a consortium of international transportation experts responsible for designing, building, financing, operating, and maintaining the express lanes for an approximately 56-year period. https://sr400peachpartners.com/
